Terms & Conditions for using Zyniti services.

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to zyniti.com, our digital tools, communication channels, quotations, invoices, hosting and domain services, design work, development work, marketing services, support, and any related service provided by Zyniti.

By visiting our website, submitting a form, requesting a quote, creating an invoice, placing an order, approving a proposal, paying an invoice, or using any Zyniti service, you agree to these terms.

Clear scope

Every paid project should follow an approved proposal, invoice, written confirmation, or agreed service description.

Fair payments

Invoices, renewals, third-party fees, and payment schedules must be respected to keep services active.

Responsible use

Clients must not use Zyniti services for illegal, abusive, misleading, or harmful digital activity.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms form an agreement between you, the client or website user, and Zyniti Solutions. If you use our website, request a service, approve a quote, receive an invoice, make a payment, or continue using a delivered service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

If you are acting on behalf of a company, organization, or another person, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on their behalf.

2. Services Covered

Zyniti provides digital services including website design and development, domain registration, hosting, cPanel setup, email configuration, digital marketing, branding, UI/UX design, automation, business tools, support, and related consulting.

Any service details, deadlines, deliverables, revisions, pricing, discounts, renewals, and included features will be based on the written proposal, invoice, package page, email confirmation, or mutually agreed scope. If something is not clearly included, it will be treated as out of scope and may require a separate quote.

3. Quotes, Proposals, and Scope

Quotes are valid only for the period mentioned in the quote or invoice. If no period is mentioned, Zyniti may revise pricing at any time before payment is received. A project starts only after the required payment, required client information, and project confirmation are received.

Changes requested after approval, additional pages, new features, extra integrations, urgent delivery, content writing, redesigns, third-party purchases, or repeated revision cycles may increase cost and timeline.

4. Payments, Invoices, and Taxes

Payments must be made according to the invoice or agreed payment schedule. Services may be paused, delayed, suspended, or cancelled if payment is not received on time. Zyniti may request advance payment before beginning work or purchasing any third-party service.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, prices are exclusive of any government taxes, bank fees, gateway charges, currency conversion charges, transfer fees, or third-party processing costs. The client is responsible for paying those charges where applicable.

Digital wallet, bank transfer, or other manual payments may require verification. If Zyniti asks for a payment screenshot or transaction proof, service activation may wait until payment is confirmed.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility depends on the service type, work completed, third-party costs, and project stage. Payments for domain registrations, hosting purchases, renewals, SSL, paid tools, third-party licenses, ad spend, templates, plugins, software, and other external purchases are generally non-refundable once ordered or activated.

For custom design, development, marketing, or consulting work, Zyniti may deduct completed work, planning, communication, research, setup, third-party fees, and administrative costs before considering any refund. If a client delays, stops responding, changes direction, or cancels after work has started, paid amounts may not be refundable.

6. Domains, Hosting, Renewals, and cPanel

Domain names, hosting plans, cPanel accounts, email accounts, SSL certificates, and renewals are subject to availability, third-party registrar rules, hosting provider rules, and technical limitations. Zyniti is not responsible for third-party outages, registry restrictions, price changes, domain rejection, DNS propagation delays, account abuse flags, or provider-side policy enforcement.

Clients are responsible for renewing domains and hosting before expiry. If a domain, hosting plan, or service expires due to unpaid renewal, late payment, or delayed confirmation, Zyniti will not be responsible for downtime, data loss, email loss, search ranking loss, domain penalties, restoration charges, or domain loss.

Any free domain, discount, promotion, seasonal offer, or package benefit applies only under the exact conditions published or invoiced. Promotions may be changed, paused, or withdrawn at any time before purchase.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client must provide accurate information, required content, brand assets, approvals, access credentials, payment details, legal permissions, and timely feedback. Delays in providing these items may delay delivery timelines.

The client is responsible for ensuring that all submitted content, images, text, trademarks, logos, videos, data, documents, and claims are legal, accurate, original, licensed, or properly authorized. Zyniti is not responsible for legal issues caused by client-provided materials.

8. Revisions, Delivery, and Approval

Revisions are limited to the agreed scope. A revision means a reasonable improvement to approved work, not a complete change of direction, new feature, or new concept unless agreed separately. Once a client approves work, asks for launch, or starts using the deliverable, the work will be considered accepted.

Timelines are estimates unless a written fixed deadline is agreed. Zyniti will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines, but delays may occur because of client response times, third-party systems, payment verification, technical issues, force majeure events, or scope changes.

9. Intellectual Property and Portfolio Rights

After full payment is received, the client receives ownership or usage rights for final approved custom deliverables created specifically for that client, except for third-party assets, open-source tools, licensed items, reusable code, templates, internal systems, pre-existing Zyniti materials, concepts not selected, and unpaid work.

Zyniti may use completed work, client name, logo, screenshots, case studies, project summaries, and results in our portfolio, website, marketing material, proposals, and social channels unless the client requests confidentiality in writing before project publication.

10. Website Tools and User-Generated Content

Zyniti may offer free tools such as invoice generation, business name generation, file tools, or other utilities. These tools are provided for convenience and may not be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every legal, tax, business, or accounting requirement.

Users are responsible for checking any generated invoice, business name, content, domain suggestion, file output, or tool result before using it. Zyniti is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on free tools or user-generated content.

11. Acceptable Use

You must not use Zyniti services for spam, phishing, malware, illegal sales, fraud, impersonation, copyright infringement, hate content, harassment, adult exploitation, financial scams, unauthorized data collection, abusive automation, or activity that may damage Zyniti, our clients, our providers, or the public.

Zyniti may suspend or terminate services immediately if we reasonably believe a service is being used unlawfully, abusively, or in violation of provider rules.

12. Confidentiality and Security

Zyniti will take reasonable care with client credentials, project information, billing details, and private communication. Clients must also protect account passwords, email access, cPanel credentials, website credentials, and payment information.

Unless caused directly by Zyniti's proven negligence, Zyniti is not responsible for damage caused by weak passwords, shared credentials, compromised client devices, third-party breaches, expired services, insecure plugins, outdated software, or unauthorized access outside our control.

13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Zyniti aims to provide high-quality service, but we do not guarantee that every website, campaign, domain, hosting account, tool, or integration will be uninterrupted, error-free, immune from attacks, or produce specific revenue, ranking, traffic, conversion, or business results.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zyniti will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data, downtime, missed opportunities, reputation loss, search ranking changes, platform penalties, or third-party service failures.

If Zyniti is found liable for any claim, our total liability will be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service that directly caused the claim, excluding third-party fees, taxes, ad spend, domain fees, hosting fees, and external provider costs.

14. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold Zyniti, its owners, team members, contractors, and partners harmless from claims, losses, penalties, costs, or damages arising from your content, your instructions, your misuse of services, your breach of these terms, your violation of law, or your dispute with a third party.

15. Changes to Services and Terms

Zyniti may update services, pricing, packages, offers, policies, and these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version posted on this page will apply from the date shown above. Continued use of the website or services after updates means you accept the revised terms.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan. Before starting any formal dispute, both parties agree to first attempt a fair resolution through written communication. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it may be handled through the appropriate legal forum with jurisdiction in Pakistan.
